She is suggesting that people who want to do some soul searching with support might wish to put 'True Day' in the title of a post about their authentic feelings about something.

Meh, I don't know. I don't think there's any reason why we need to spill our innermost truth/reality/fantasy to anyone. Those closest to us know who we really are and that's what matters. Other than that I think we already expose way too much of ourselves in public -- especially in the public internet forums like blogs and Facebook.
